I had a Cajun chicken dish with grits (the grits were very creamy & smoky!). I would def recommend that and my friend had the meatloaf, she enjoyed hers as well!
Ive been many times never needed a reservation. Was there Wednesday night
Tonight though is wing Wednesday, all you can eat wings for $12. They have like 4 or 5 flavors. They always have their specials on food and drinks, if they have any, on their Facebook page.
You can go to there website
Not a menu... but certain items.
I think they're open
Sunday 11am - 2pm Brunch is $12 for adults, $6.50 for kids 10 & under
Normally open 11am to 2pm on Sundays.
They open at 11 AM on Sundays, except on special occasions like Mother's Day and Father's Day.
Excellent food and beautiful restaraunt!
The food was great my very first time being there and waitresses were very polite and kept us with drinks
Stopped in after the Saluda River Rally for our barbeque plates. The atmosphere looks fantastic. They had a bartender on duty, she made probably one of the best margaritas I have had. So nice to relax after a 9 mile paddle!
Staff was super nice. Cost was great for the quality. My kids were treated extremely well too. Love love love it!
The food good the service awful and the co owner not personable at all The server was doing more than her best. Too much for to few. We went to play and they should have expected large crowd. We had a reservation but told us be hour. So sat at bar.
Fantastic and yummy food, I liked the character this spot has, and the cashiers were very friendly. Will definitely visit here next time.
Great food every time! Clean, great Service! Be sure to say hi to the folks in the kitchen. What a great experience.
Saluda River has the best brunch in Greenville and the surrounding area hands down. Non-expensive buffet style. All of the food and dessert is delicious. $4 mimosas. You can see the weekly menu on their facebook page which I appreciate.
Went for my sister's birthday on Sunday when they had their buffet. Was good but needs a few more meat options.
Great food, good daily specials!
Great scratch made food, good flavors, nice comfortable feel, not Corp in the Piedmont area!
Hidden gem! I’ve lived around the corner for years and never thought to stop in but so glad we finally went. Delicious food and amazing service. Even the kids meals are tasty! Our waitress Heather was so sweet and super attentive. Worth the drive to Piedmont if you haven’t been here because of location. My new favorite spot!!!
This place has a really nice environment and the food isnt half bad either. The prices aren't too high.
Rustic dining at an affordable price with good food
food tasted like it came out of a can, waitress was great, manager was very defensive when we tried to address issues with him, will not be going back
I love The Saluda River Grill. A little disappointed because they didn't have macaroni & cheese. But their food is great! Service excellent
How can you turn a chicken breast into rubber? Stop here and you’ll find out! The only good thing they had to offer was sweet tea and beer. Never again will I step foot into this place. I’m not a fussy eater but out of respect for my dogs I would not allow them to eat at this place. It seems like their motto should be if you can’t cook it cover it with gravy. Never again!
Had the grilled salmon with cream corn risotto and "cream" spinach. My son had the kids fettuccine alfredo. This was the worst meal I've had out in a long time. Salmon was good, but the "Risotto" was just over cooked white rice mixed with canned corn and was flavorless. The "cream spinach" was like steamed and tasted like vinegar, made the whole dish disgusting. Plus they served it skin side down so it got soggy in the spinach juice. The fettuccine alfredo had more melted butter than Alfredo.
Saluda River Grill is one of those best kept secrets, a true treasure find. And it's right in the heart and history of a small SC town called Piedmont. The food here is consistently very good. The selection is moderate, with something for everyone. Everything not only tastes good, the presentation and service live up to the same standards. Atmosphere is so relaxed, clean, comfy and somewhat upscale. You'll see folks dressed to the nines, and others in jeans. Prices run moderately high. It's consistent with the quality AND the quantity. But they don't allow any substitution without a charge though. I say substitute away, and eat what you want. It will be good, that's for sure! Check out the weekend brunch buffet, talk about good and impressive. Perfect for a mother daughter ❤️ brunch.
We attended the buffet today jan 26 2020 with 10 people we all agreed that the food was not that good....from biscuits to chicken and soy based ground steak and cold veggies and poor desserts . we prob wont return again sorry but even the server was short on service... nice place that we have been to before but wasn't good today. This restaurant is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but here I constantly return again and again. The crew is very chummy and the cooking they place on your table is so tasty. I am always happy to have a good dinner here. Highly recommended.
My family and I are there tonight there was 3 in my party and we ate with another couple and their grandson. We have met there before and enjoyed meals there before. Well tonight we were charged a 18% gratuity. Well we have ate there many many times and no such charge has ever been applied. So I talked to the manager. Well ,6 people was at the table so that's why we were charged that. I told him there was only , 3 on my check. His answer was " he didn't care" well I am done with this place. It's not the food or the service. It's the managers attitude. So if he don't care about his customers then I don't care to ever eat there again. I guess repeat business isn't important to him. It's not about the money because I always leave a good tip to the servers. I know several of them by their first name. I will not ever eat there again just because of the managers attitude. Maybe that's why there wasn't many people there on a Friday night
Cute place, pretty good food, very attentive and friendly staff.
Don't waste your time or money. Service was extremely slow. Our food was cold when it finally reached the table. Constantly had to flag down the waitress to get our drinks refilled. The staff was too busy hanging out at the bar or in corners talking instead of waiting the tables like they should have been. This was my first visit here and it will be my last.
Awesome place to eat without having to drive to Easley, Anderson or Greenville. Loved the food and the atmosphere...
Excellent... one of my favorite places
Went here for all you can eat wings with a bunch of people. The wings were good, but all you can eat is not true. After 3 rounds, we were basically cut off. After an hour and a half, we were brought our 4th and final round. This was quite disappointing.
First clue was watching a cook literally eat food off a plate in the window....twice. Drinks were merely sour mix. Steak not cooked to order then brought back burned and rubbery. Service was good but that's about the only pos.
Visited yesterday for my husbands birthday. There were 5 of us. Great service and 3 of us had steak was wonderful. Thank you
I had a great time with my husband on our date night. The 10 oz sirloin was so delicious, our waitress Claire was amazing, the tea was sweet, and scenery was beautiful💌
They don't open early enough on Saturday.
Great food and drinks. Outstanding weekday specials and Sunday Brunch.
I've been twice in one week and I love the atmosphere, food, and the service. Had the beef medallions my first visit and they were fantastic. Second visit I had blackened chicken alfredo and had to take half of it home because of the huge portions. Sat at a table once and at the bar once. Both times the server and bartender were extremely personable which made it a fun experience. The bartender even wrote down my favorite beers to inquire about getting them on tap. I've found my new favorite spot!
Attended with a large group. Food was good. Ordered steak. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice.
This is a nice place. It's location in an old warehouse is different from your usual chain restaurant. It reminds one of a dinner club. We were there for Sunday Brunch. There were three of us. One had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Another had fried chicken and mashed potatoes with a side of meatloaf. I had the meat loaf, which was excellent and several vegetables which were less than impressive.. The mashed potatoes were extremely thin. Hadn't ever had them that way and wasn't a fan. The sugar snap peas, one of my favorites were so overcooked they had turned to mush. The Vidalia onion casserole was not cooked enough. The onion slices were chewy and the cheese was not melted. The mimosas were $4 and not worth it. They tasted really strange and were not cold. For such a beautiful place, the food doesn't match up, at least on Sundays.
Such great food! Mouth watering! Excellent service as well. The atmosphere was very homey and comfortable.
Wonderful ambiance. Great food!
Food was great and so was the service. Everyone has a great, friendly attitude. And it is beautiful on the inside.
I should get frequent dinner coupons because I'm down there so much. And it's great every time I go.
Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff, and great food!
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal and our waitress Ashley was so sweet. I couldn't have asked for a better anniversary. Well worth the drive. We will definitely go back.
Excellent...food was delicious and waitress very attentive..good service and atmosphere
Nice place but get there early cuz it got packed within 30 minutes for Sunday brunch.
We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was very nice. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. we highly recommend this place.
This place is always great. Family owned and a neat setting. Fish and chips and club sandwich is our favorite. This is a must done in location.
The place serves large portions and for affordable pricing. very kind staff. Keep it up.
Went with my girlfriend. Great atmophshere, food, and service.
My wife and I both had the 8 oz , prime rib special tonight with 2 sides .
Meghan was a wonderful bartender. The scallops special was fantastic. My wife had the filet. Cooked a little past medium but still a good piece of meat. The place is haunted by some type of spirit. I felt it as soon as I walked in. But dinner was great.
